Orders comments and changes in emails

Customers can now see order history on order status page and add their comments. You can reply or add your comments via admin panel. Customer will get notified via a branded email.

This feature was also added to Contact Form Requests. So you can now handle contact with your customer in a more automatic and proffesional way.

This option can be disabled in configuration if you prefer to comunicate with customer directly via email.

Order emails were also changed to reflect this. The "FYI:" emails were removed, you will now get a separate email with options and direct link to order admin form (but you can still see what was sent to customer).

New Order Edit Form

Edit action for all elements in admin panel is now also available when clicking on item id or name. It also opens in a separate URL so you can copy such a link for further reference or send it to other admins.

For Orders admin, "details" and "history" actions were removed and all order details are now visible on order edit form with comments and other order options.

Emails that you will get when new order is placed or comment is added will link you straight to this form.

Other Admin Panel Changes

1. added "badges", orders and other items that require your attention are now easier to find
2. added advanced search filters to admin panel (for orders, products etc.)
3. fixed visits, sales and conversion widgets on admin dashboard.
4. added "sort" option
5. added order items column to orders and improved search. You can now search orders including specific item.
6. added "remember me" option when logging in

New module: Newsletter

This module that can be used to collect user emails. User has an option to subscribe while placing order. This module also adds "subscribe to newsletter" widget that can be placed on your static pages.

This module also introduces "Require Newsletter" setting to promo codes. Client will be able to use such a code only if he subscribes when placing order.

Other Fixes

1. order manager: added option to always require phone for orders.
2. order manager: improved order refund option for paid orders. added fee refund.
3. subscriptions: support for selling courses and files via subscriptions. show price per month in checkout, confirm click on unsubscribe, fix translations
4. stripe: added support for recurring payments (this method can now be used for subscriptions)
5. improved search in categories in admin panel
6. courses: improved flow of creating user account when buying access to a course, added optional lessons numeration
7. bank payments: added option to add more manual methods (different accounts for different countries, display Revolut info etc.)
