Accessing Account
Some products require you to log in to your account to access virtual materials.
After purchase, you will receive a link to "Create Account" (or "Login" if you already have a swift.shop account) to the email address you provided when checking out.
If you can't see such an email, please check your SPAM folder.
After clicking this link, you will see a "set your password" form (or "login" form if you already have an account).
You will be redirected to your account after filling out this form.
resetting password manually
In case of issues or if the link has already expired, you can manually reset your password by following the steps below:
- Click on the account icon in the top right menu in the shop. Alternatively, you can go to SHOP_URL/account, where SHOP_URL is the address of the shop where you made a purchase. For example: https://demo.swift.shop/account
- You should see a login popup. Click on the "reset password" link.
- Enter the exact email you used when making a purchase and click "send reset link"
- Check your email. Within minutes, you should receive a new link to reset your password. Check your SPAM folder if you don't see it.
- After clicking the link in the email, you will be redirected to a reset password form with two password inputs. Enter the same password twice. Follow the password restrictions: at least 8 characters, at least one capital letter, one digit, and one special character (you will be notified if your password does not meet the restrictions).
- Click "reset password"
- You should see a success message. Click "Go to Account" to access your materials.
In case of issues with the above steps:
- Please check if the browser you are using is supported by swift.shop.
- You can try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode and repeat the steps above.
