Contact Form [contact] Module

This module adds a contact form to your shop.

Module Configuration

Enable module in System > Configuration and rebuild application.

In module configuration you can add extra text that will be added below contact form (for example with your address details).

Module Usage

This module adds a separate contact form page that can be added to menu using menu module.

It also adds a CMS component that can be added to your static pages, for more details on how to edit pages see cms module.

All form submissions are sent to you via email and are also added to Sales > Contacts menu section.

Notes

After enabling module form will not be added to your page automatically, you need to either add it to menu or add it as a widget to any page.
